Where do I start? Upon moving in my unit was filthy and INFESTED with roaches. It took them months to send someone out to spray and I had to spend hundreds of my own money trying to get rid of them. For 6 months I practically had to live out of storage totes and keep all my food in a sealed bins. The leasing office is also never open during their posted hours for some reason. Another unpleasant thing you will experience is the occasional gun shot or domestic dispute. Most of the residents keep to themselves but a lot like to smoke inside without opening a window or turning on a fan. So be wary if you are military because on several occasions I've come home to my entire apartment reeking of weed. However, the maintenance guy is wonderful and will come out if you have an issue.

Took a tour with KoKo and she was great!! Coming from another city and seeing the different styles of homes was definitely a plus along with the office hospitality from her and Erin, the property manager. When looking for a home, outside of what is in the home, I always look at how I’m treated in the leasing office and for that 10/10!!!!

I stayed at Latitude for about a year sept 2021-2022 and loved it overall.. During my last month they were updating the outside. I will say anytime I had any issues the staff would always get things fixed and complaints handled. I really didn't have any cons for this apartment complex i hated the inconvenience of going to pick up packages from the leasing office..But overall enjoyed my stay! I had NEVER had any issues with anyone stealing from my apartment nor anyone breaking in my car. The maintenance men were actually willing to help me change my car battery when it went dead. Straight trash. Roaches for sure. Never sprayed regularly.. Hated the area and the apartments after a week of living here. I knew the day we moved in it wasn’t going to be a good experience. Nothing was really ever fixed. Just quick jobs to cover up the issues only for them to return. I definitely don’t believe it’s worth the price. Lipstick on a pig. Paint to cover imperfections (not even well) and constant trash everywhere. Lazy residents not picking up dog poop and leaving trash piles by compacter. Paper thin walls. Kids stomping around all through the night. Bugs always in the pool. Not really cleaned. The list goes on. We stayed for a year and moved out. There is plenty of other options. This ain’t it.

I would NOT recommend this. At first, when we came looking for an apartment everything was fine! Besides the usual apartment woes it was a really great place to live. Quiet(ish) community, it's maintained well enough, and the people were initially very friendly. Unfortunately, it all took a turn for the worst. First, your mail & packages will go missing. I cannot confirm nor deny that someone is stealing packages in that front office. What really did it for us was when we were out of town and someone (with access to our apartment) came in without permission and actually stole from us. The ONLY reason we knew it was someone from the complex was because they locked the door when they were finished and there were no signs of forced entry.
