Excellent! I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and friendly customer service that I receive from the Management and Maintenance Team! My A/C died, and they were very responsive and quick to get window units installed, while waiting for a new unit.They always go above and beyond if there is ever an issue!

5/13/25 EDIT: unfortunately gonna have to add a con: lack of communication between management/maintenance and tenants. back in Feb my neighbors heard my heater making weird noises so I asked maintenance to check it out (it was heating my place totally fine, for the record). they came several times and finally said my whole HVAC needed to be replaced because it's "old" and had some "chemical" that was no longer allowed (concerning but ok). they decided to replace it in literally the coldest week of the year (y'all remember when it was 15 degrees for a few nights? yeah that week lol). so I ended up on emergency heating for 2 days (apt was at about 56 degrees), then with NO heat for 1 night (even though I was told I'd be able to use emergency heat). why couldn't this have been fixed any other

LaSalle Park is a wonderful community of families and individuals. Esther, Elian, and the staff have worked overtime and with great efficiency to help us move from one unit to another, and I couldn’t recommend it more. We are eternally grateful. 🙌🏼🙏🏻

When I visited the property to.rent an apartment I was greeted by the friendly staff and Elian Contreras was very helpful. Whenever I have needed any assistance he's always been helpful and the issues have been solved promptly. This is a g good and friendly property and it's home. Im happy I chose this property, location and would recommend the same to anyone who might want to move into this apartment complex.
