Las Marinas

I used to live in Las Marinas for a 4 years and I love it , price is not cheap but it worst it, location is perfect, community is very friendly and clean a lot of rules for safety and pet friendly, Francesca is office manager is taking care about her residents

The management at Pegasus seems to disregard the welfare of their residents, diminishing the quality of life in what was once a commendable building. They consistently neglect basic amenities; the pools remain uncleaned, and the windows gather dust and grime, clouding our view and our spirits. Their actions, or lack thereof, were especially evident during the hurricane. Power outages are understandable during such events, but their deliberate decision to not restore electricity for nearly two days was more than an oversight. It felt like a power play, a petty demonstration of control, resulting in the spoilage of our food and discomfort of many. Additionally, the parking situation is far from what was promised. My husband and I has 15yrs living in this building and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect and the amenities are great specially the gym and the pool. The staff is always friendly and responsive, specially Francesca she is always with a smile and always ready to help!!!!! Whats really set this place apart is the staff. The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any issues and complaints. Thank you Francesca for all your help and for always have a positive attitude and energy!!!

I would highly recommend Las Marinas for anyone who is interested in the Miami area! I’m a huge beach person, so this was a really good fit for me. The building and amenities are also great! Overall, my touring experience and the service was amazing!
