Lived here about 2 years, definitely NEEDS LOTS of renovating, they never wanted to fix our back & front door, in the winter there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door that would let the cold air in, it would be freezing in the living room! Everything is definitely old and needs to be updated!!! Management definitely does treat you differently once you tell them you’re going to move.

Have been a resident for 9 years and just signed my 10th lease, which says how I love living in this community. Kacey has never failed to answer any questions or concerns, although over 9 years I can't think of a concern. When I have had to have maintenance , the maintenance staff has always and pleasantly performed above and beyond. I can't think of a reason to live anywhere else. The only reason I gave a 5 star rating is because I couldn't give 10 stars. Great job Las Colinas staff.

I have lived at a lot of different apartments over the years because school and my career have taken me all over the place. This management team of Mindy Bishop and Kacey Simmons is absolutely fantastic. They are courteous, they communicate, and they work with the tenants. The few times that I have had maintenance requests the whole team has responded quickly and helped minimize any inconvenience. The grounds are maintained and they haven't raised my rates after a year. That may seem like a small thing but I've been at several apartments that jack up your rate the second year simply because they know moving will be a pain. Does this mean I should never expect my rates to increase? No, but it is nice to be at an apartment complex where they aren't looking to put the screws to you ev

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Management was very nice and friendly, but they will screw you over the best they can. When I moved out, it looked better than it did when we first got there. Our downstairs toilet didn't work or get replaced for 6 months. The carpet was disgusting to begin with and had stains. I shampooed the carpet before I left and still got charged for a stain that was already there. I also got charged for the oven being dirty even though we probably used it twice! The tub wouldn't drain most of the time either. When I tried to explain the stains that I listed on the sheet when we moved in, I guess it wasn't explained the way they wanted it to be, so that's why we got charged. My vehicle was broken into multiple times at these apartments as well. For $700+ a mo

For the price, you may not get a better deal. 2 bedroom apartment for $780 dollars a month is great; HOWEVER, this is a very old place. Appliances are outdated, My AC went out for 6 months from April to October in 2015 and they could not fix it, nor wanted to spend the money to update my AC unit built in 1963. When I first moved in in 2014, the water heater upstairs leaked and I was forced to live in a marsh land for about a month - This in turn ruined the carpet upstairs (caused it to mold and fall apart) and there was a consistent waterfall on the first floor which also ruined the carpet. I moved out in 2017 and they still did not replace my carpet, upon move out, they proceeded to charge me with a $1,286 fee for replacing the carpets claiming it was my dog who ruined it... even though i
