Quiet. Beautiful live oaks. Park like atmosphere. Neighbors are friendly. Courteous, friendly, compassionate office and maintenance personnel. Maintenance work orders done quickly or in a reasonable amount of time. Close to Six Flags, La Cantera, a couple of HEB's, very nice restaurants, and of course the Medical center. Minutes from downtown by expressway.

The roach problem here is INSANE. I don’t know if it’s dirty tenants, or what, but OH MY GOD. Y’all need to seriously spray down your units and call pest control. I bleach the floors, counters, put my flour and powdered ingredients, along with pasta, anything boxed in my pantry in the FRIDGE and FREEZER because I am SICK OF THIS. My pans are in my oven because the cabinet I used to store them in are always CRAWLING with German roaches. THESE APARTMENTS ARE SO CRAPPY AND NOT PUT TOGETHER CORRECTLY. I’ve gone behind my utilities to clean, and noticed a HUGE gap in the wall left by whoever fixed my unit up, gaps all over the cabinets, gaps underneath my counters they love to wiggle through, they LOVE to crawl in my dishwasher and all over my clean dishes. Lived here 3 years at 1 st it was ok, but with new management they started going extremely hi on my rent for no reason at all they started adding a extra 300$ to my rent and only reason they would give was because of trash and water...

Hello, I’ve been a tenant here for several years at one point, and I want to give you a list of why you shouldn’t give these people your trust, or your money. -As far as I know, the big head is Olivia, who is extremely unprofessional even in difficult circumstances. She doesn’t care about this property, or her tenants, their financial situations, and fails to handle her fellow coworkers in professionalism, basic manners, and common decency for the tenants that live here. You can’t approach these people with a problem and find a solution, because they won’t help you find one. They don’t treat you or see you as a human being, just more money for them. - These people have also messed up paperwork many times concerning other tenants. The apartments themselves are nice, better than a few in the area, The amenities are nice, Laundry hook up is a big+, the cost to space ratio is awesome, people in the office are courteous, and some negative things I've noticed while I was here though are The online portal for making payments has given me issues and as such I incurred a late fee. I have to record everything me and the office discuss because people cannot be held to their word. Waters cloudy coming out of the faucet so I had to buy a filter, and either the walls aren't up to code or the AC isn't because in the middle of roughly any summer day it can get up to 84 degrees when I have the AC set to 68, I had the service technician come look at it on the chance there was something wrong and he said it was because it was warm
