Laros Lofts

I have lived here since 2022 with my wife and kid and 2 dogs. We moved in knowing that construction was still going on as the building was going through renovations and is still on going for improvements. It didnt bother us as we understood what we were getting into. David, the manager has been nothing but great to us and always made sure things were taken care of. Craig and his maintenance crew are always working around the building....which is good to see. Ryan and his building crew are also great. Although noise can be a problem for most....it is something you get used to, they were very transparent about the noise and what we will be hearing. I beleive whatever issues came up on the reviews were really because of the neighbors and not the management.....we live in a shared space so

I’ve lived at Laros Lofts for approximately 2 years and overall have had a very good experience. The management team truly makes a difference here. Dave is great—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help me. While he isn’t on-site consistently, it’s understandable since he manages more than one property. Craig is absolutely amazing: reliable, professional, and always looking out for the tenants. His follow-through and genuine care are unmatched. The building itself is beautiful, with a modern, industrial aesthetic that’s hard to beat—high ceilings, large windows, and thoughtful design throughout. I’ve been living at Laros Lofts for over four years, and I’m honestly very happy here. It’s been a great place to call home, which is why I’ve chosen to stay long-term. Noise has never been an issue for me. The building feels solid, and I don’t hear everyday noise from neighbors. One year I had a neighbor who was violating the building's policies and his lease got terminated. David is AMAZING and he's always available, its a matter of communication. It’s a comfortable environment whether you work from home or just want a peaceful space to relax. Management has always been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. We lived at Laros Lofts for two years and recently moved out due to ongoing noise and management issues. The floors and ceilings between the first- and second-floor apartments are paper thin — there’s virtually no soundproofing. We could clearly hear full conversations and even private activities from the apartment above. At one point, dog urine leaked into our unit, and on several occasions, water from their dog’s bowl spilled through as well. When I raised these concerns, the property manager, David, explained that it was too expensive to properly seal the floors (our unit’s ceiling). I was also assured that padding would be installed before our new upstairs neighbors moved in; however, that never happened. Had a great experience in Laros Lofts. Dave and his management team were great at addressing all concerns swiftly. The apartments are beautiful and well kept. Highly recommend living in this establishment. You will be taken care of.
