Beautiful Apartments and good prices. I was extremely grateful to the Leasing Agent Cynthia she was very friendly and informative. I felt heard and beyond helped. Greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions nicely.

Tania was very helpful and she was so patient with helping us find the perfect apartment. She was very thorough and professional. Happy she was bilingual as well. This was the best experience we had thus far in our search for an apartment. She got us a perfect location and the price can not be beat plus the apartment comes with internet. Thank you Tania this property is lucky to have you. Shout out to Mr Z for always holding it down.

My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing and challenging. During my time living there, the outdoor areas consistently smelled of marijuana, and the odor often seeped into the units. Despite reporting this issue, no action was taken. Additionally, the maintenance process was concerning.There was a time when I didn’t open the door quick enough because I was not dressed , I heard the maintenance person open the front door but then quickly left because thankfully my dogs were out. There was no communication regarding scheduled visits. When I attempted to transfer to another unit due to the persistent odor—especially important as I was pregnant—I was informed that no units were available and advised to check back later. I was told the transfer fee would be $500

If I could rate this complex 0 stars I would! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! There is a HUGE roach infestation!! They stopped paying the pest control company and left the complex untreated for months. They are swarming with roaches and my apartment was very well kept and I cleaned every day all day long. If the kitchen and bathrooms were unattended longer than an hour the roaches would SWARM the floors walls and counters. They were there when I moved in and never went away, I communicated back and forth with staff several times and got nowhere, there was no urgency or care what so ever by staff. New management came and they acted as if it was not their concern or problem because they weren’t the original staff members that had been communicated with. I have children and had to vacate due to how bad

2 things: roaches and terrible AI answering First thing is self explanatory. I'm surprised roaches haven't had to pay rent. Or.. maybe they do because they're almost home more than me. I hate having mail even delivered here because on a visit to parcel pending (where the leasing office is located indoors) there was a roach inside just living life. If the LEASING Office (where the employees actually are during their work day) has roaches... we know how the rest of the complex is. The apartment introduced an AI to answer its phone calls or "direct" phone calls. I call and explain the situation to its AI Model. It asks me to which department I need to speak with even if I keep it short and simple. (For example, I'll call and say "Need to speak to maintenance about a maintenance request.")
