Lark View Village

The place itself was okay a lot of square footage and good location. Support staff seemed nice and responsive while living there. Walls are thin and you hear everything. No AC units other than one small unit down stairs that cant even cool the living room. In the spring and summer youll melt in the 3 bedroom units. The real reason for the 1 star is after moving out, we got a bill for almost $5,000 dollars to cover costs for replacing the carpet. When we moved in there were exposed floor boards, my wife even once stepped on a carpet staple that was exposed on the stairs and every room had frayed carpeting. The claim is due to excessive stains they had to replace the carpeting. However, in their move out inspection it showed a small spot here or there. At most, they need to replace living

My boyfriend and I are a current resident at Lark View Village. We have been here just over a year, and renewed our lease! We applied for a specific unit (2 bedroom 2 bath), without touring, just looked at the pictures and we already knew we loved it. We got approved for our unit, then toured it to see it in person before moving in, and we fell in love even more! It’s such a spacious unit, we love everything about it. The unit also have vaulted ceilings since we’re on the third floor. The view from our balcony is the wetlands, and we can see the sister mountains on a clear day! My dog loves just going outside to sit on the balcony. The staff also have little events provided food and drinks/giveaways sometimes which is super nice! I highly recommend! 😊

My sister just moved into these townhouses. 3 story. Garage is on 1st floor, stairs when you first walk in. Which take you to living room and kitchen with half a bath. 2nd set of stairs leads up to 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and laundry. On level with front room there is a balcony. New and modern, very pretty and in kitchen has quiet close cupboards. There is a heated pool which is always open, we just went tonight! A basketball court and a playground.

Lived here for two years. Found out that they wired every single apartment incorrectly. Half the kitchen, the usable part of the living room and the guest room are all in the same circuit so if you use your TV and anything else in any of those rooms at the same time, it trips the breaker and can damage your electronics. Their solution was to tell me to sleep using the guest room and move my office to the master room. I’m paying $2000 in rent and I’m being told that I can’t use my computer and my TV at the same time. If I’m going to pay $2000 in rent, then I should get that amount in value in use of my apartment. I’ve had other issues too, but I’m not gonna go into all of that, but this place is not accommodating or understanding given the high price of rent that they charge.

The Lark View staff has made my transition to apartment living a positive one. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the wetlands is just another layer of what this great community has to offer.
