Lark on Woodmen

My pup and I had the best time living here. The staff is incredible, kind, and hospitable. The community is always well kept and the residents are what made it truly feel like home.

I have several friends that live here, but I have one on a second level with by far the worst upstairs neighbors I’ve ever experienced. I often come to visit for football and holidays. They want me to try to get a place here, but after knowing that this situation is still continuing, I would never consider it. I’ve met the staff. They’re very nice. The places are very nice as well. But, for instance, I saw the neighbor’s child throw something off the balcony. I returned it, and said, “I just have to say, you guys are very loud” they snarked and said “Well we have kids!”. From 6:30 am until 10 pm you hear running, kids cars with plastic wheels, jumping and slamming. They lied and told the office that we banged on the ceiling and then the office threatened my friend with a fine. For that, an

Was only at the Lark on Woodmen for about 3 months before I had to move because of work. Leasing management and staff were so polite and kind. I wish I could have stayed through my lease term. The grounds were always kept so clean and the views were amazing. If I ever had the chance to stay with them again I would %100. Thank you Lark on Woodmen for an amazing living experience!

I have lived her for three (going on four years) and I feel like I've found the unicorns of apartments lol. This is the longest I've stayed in any apartment. My favorite part of being here is that I can't hear every single thing that goes on with my neighbors. Not having thin walls is praise worthy enough. Maintenance is responsive and fills request in a timely manner. Megan, Christina, and Claudette (when she was here) are all just as equally polite and kind. The same one or two people don't pick up after their dogs but everyone else does for the most part. Definitely worth a tour at minimum to check out for yourself.

I just moved out of the Lark on Woodmen, but I absolutely loved living here! The apartments are super nice, maintenance requests are handled very timely, the amenities are great, and the office staff is so friendly! They host really fun resident events every so often too and really give back to the residents. I would have stayed if it weren’t for moving in with my boyfriend. Thank you Lark for a great year! :)
