Here are some of my personal experiences: • Spiders in the hallways — I regularly see multiple spiders and clusters of eggs by the elevators. • Roaches — I regularly see roaches around the building and inside the property, and in my personal experience pest control hasn’t improved it. • Safety concerns with the parking garage — My roommate’s car was keyed and later totaled. Genuinely anywhere else is better than this place, it's dirty, the walls are thin, the people who manage it are incredibly greedy and don't care about resident safety. Refusing to get cameras after multiple thefts and car break ins. The apartment wasn't cleaned prior to moving in, they pick and choose what to enforce and love charging fees for anything and everything they can regardless of if it's valid. The front office is just for show and usually if you have a genuine problem they can't help much. The halls are disgusting and full of roaches and this is after they said they'd be cleaning them. The doors never work to get into the building and the gates spend more time broken than fixed. The wifi goes out constantly- today it was out for over 9 hours. If you try to get anything fixed the response will always be “we’re looking into it” or “it’s a third party we can’t do anything.” Speaking to the STUPID AI front desk person Liam is horrible and I wish they would get rid of it. There are roaches everywhere and people do not properly use the trash rooms. The hallways are dirty. The fire alarms will randomly go off for hours. It took months to get maintenance to replace the washer and dryer which made a loud aggressive banging noise. Nasty apartments. Lived here a year and there have consistently been bug and mold problems. Everytime I have an issue (often at this place) I am directed to call their useless AI phone assistant who does nothing for you. Even if you go in person to the office no one there ever knows how to help you. The trash chutes are consistently filthy and non operational, the elevators break constantly, the walls are made of paper and you can hear underclassmen screaming and running all day and all night. I woke up without power in my apartment today and had to fix it myself with 2 hours of troubleshooting because I waited till the office was open and surprise surprise they couldn’t help me and the maintenance request the AI had put in was obviously not being treated with any type of importance. They are money hungry and will tried to lock you in. I move to FL a while back and was looking for a place being that they were close to my job I worked at the dr office crossed the street. I didn't knew they were students apartment as am new to the area. After completing the application I was told there would be a wait time. One day my supervisor asked me how my apartment hunting was going and I told her I submitted an application to this apartment she said to no that's apartment is for student who are in UFC its for student.
