Roaches for 3 months in the entire complex before they sent out an exterminator. the A/C never worked properly and at one point during the hottest days of the year we had no Air for 4 whole days. During which time we had to stay in a hotel. Paid our rent on time or early every month. At the end of our lease we didn’t renew. We gave them notice as stated in the lease, and they proceeded to charge us an extra month rent and have yet to give us back the security deposit. They tried saying we never gave them notice of moving. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. Do not do business with them. You will regret it. I

Horrible place . 3 different apartments. 3 diffrent cockroach infestations . Their office staff is very unprofessional and apparently dont have a manager/supervisor anywhere withing the company. Im getting charged 3+ years later for something I dont know about. They dont have any records of when I lived there or what im charged for. Goodluck if you get theses people for housing . Never again . By seeing the reviews its only gotten worse since I moved away. There's post on here that are talking about the same apartment complexes I stayed in. They are spot on . They SOLD my information to a debt collecting office out of Las Vegas Nevada. I found them on Google. Its next to a bail bonds and wedding chapel . I called them for information and to dispute the charge. The machine hung up on me 2x

AVERY VILLAGE Worse place to live if you have a family neighbors are loud having parties at 2, 3 in the morning smoking weed. Office personnel does not do anything to help you need to contact “upper management”. Worse parking, roaches everywhere and if you need fumigation you need to pay for it. Regret renting here.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the living conditions at Laredo Horizon. For an extended period, I have experienced significant and recurring maintenance issues that have severely impacted my quality of life and safety. These issues include a persistent infestation of mice, repeated water leaks resulting in substantial damage, culminating in a partial roof collapse. The slow response time to these reported issues is unacceptable, particularly given that I understand this is a widespread problem affecting at least four apartments in the building. Furthermore, I am now experiencing electrical problems, including a noticeable burning smell, which poses a serious safety risk. They cat fish with their photos online. They always increase their prices on maintenance fees and rent. They are money hungry. The maintenance and cleaning people are nice, but they are limited in their work due to company expenses. So if you have an issue with your a/c, good luck. Or for example, you call them and tell them that the door handle is busted, they won't fix it. You tell them that the door is allowing air to go through and bugs to go through, good luck. They allow their buildings to have a huge bug problem. Infested with roaches and termites. They don't care about the strays in the area. They allow them to stay, reproduce, and die of starvation or due to the heat. And, if you're a decent human being and decide to feed them or give them water or a shelter, they will fine
