We moved in in June and have really appreciated the helpfulness of the LPMG team before and after we moved in. We had a pleasant application and leasing experience with Brayde and Heather (Heather especially is always helpful and just a pleasure to talk to), and the front office was quick to mitigate an issue with our lease after we realized we had been slightly over charged for a couple of months. We have had several maintenance requests and they have been answered promptly and completed well. Overall our experience has been great so far; my only comment to potential residents would be to make sure you see units in person prior to leasing. LPMG leases a wide variety of apartments for all sorts of owners so the quality can vary place to place.

I just moved to Laramie, WY from Las Vegas, NV a couple months ago and was referred by my son and nephew to Laramie Property Management Group and I couldn’t be more grateful. The owners and that guy Brady make me wanna give zero stars, but this one star is for their maintenance team, which seems like good people. Rented a house from them for 4 months, and every single thing in that house needed complete ripping out or replacement. We are glad it was a temporary lease and decided not to rent from them again! Stay away and find other options. Oh yes, they deducted money from the security deposit by fabricating a total lie about a maintenance request, but I decided to leave it as a charity fee for never wanting to deal with them again.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I rented from LPMG for over a year. I dealt with sewage flooding throughout my apartment, water flooding two rooms of the apartment, ceiling partially collapsing, power constantly going out and not getting permission to touch the electrical box until I went HOURS without electricity in the winter, and no water for three days at no fault of my own. Every time I called for a maintenance request to deal with these things, they acted with no care or rush. They dismissed every issue until we called the city on them more than once for lacking basic resources repeatedly. They never once gave me any reimbursement or water when they left me dry. This is genuinely the worst group in Laramie you can rent from.

Finding a rental in this town can be tough, but they made the process so much easier. They went above and beyond to help our son find a rental. Heather and Brady were they incredibly knowledgeable and also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We interacted with several rental companies in the area, and without a doubt, they are the best. Highly recommend!
