I also just love how months after we moved out (you know, since they raised our rent by 20% in one year with zero upgrades to the home), I’m getting collections calls from their partner company saying we owe them another $1000! For what? Who knows! Neither of the invoices have my name on them and are for a completely different house and person! Oh, and they kept our security deposit and I assume we’ll never get that back. Just a top notch company bottom to top.

Our Realtor, Jessica, was fantastic to work with as she was very informative and punctual with her response to our questions and concerns. Another company that leaves listings up online when they have already rented them out, still collects the application fees for them with no intention of renting, and I believe they rotate through several ghost listings only to collect more non-refundable application fees. You can transfer the application fee, but even if you do so ten times, you probably won’t get into a place. They won’t call and offer any explanations or help, they don’t communicate with each other in the office, and will lie about what they are doing/waiting for on their end. Huge waste of time and money. They required my spouse to apply as well, which doubled the fee. Imagine how many struggling people they steal from with just one fake listing. Laramie Land Company has been managing my rental properties in Laramie for several years now. I have both houses and apartments. They are the best management company I've ever worked with BY FAR! Communication is clear and often. Their Monthly statements are clear and concise, transferring directly into our accounting for annual income tax. They schedule and carry out special projects as they come up. (Egress creation for a subterranean unit, Giant Tree removal, Stair Tread and balcony repairs....Big stuff, not just roofs and faucets). I can't say enough good about the whole crew at Laramie Land Company. I've never before worked with a company that is so competent and on top of absolutely everything!
