Lantower Grande Pines Apartments

I recently visited the apartment community and had a great experience. The property was very clean and well-kept, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The amenities looked impressive, and the whole community felt comfortable and friendly. Naome, the assistant leasing manager who led the tour, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. I appreciated how patient and helpful she was throughout the tour. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and the tour definitely gave me a better idea of the community. I would recommend scheduling a tour if you’re thinking about living here.

I recently rented the clubhouse for my my wife's birthday party. My wife and I are extremely happy on how everything came out. The front office were extremely helpful and very flexible with us. They allow us decorate the night before and that was very helpful and alleviated some stress for us. A big thank you to Jailyne for her support and patience this would not have been possible without her help. All of our guest were impressed with how clean and well maintained the place was. Needless to say that my wife and our guests had great time and we build new memories thanks to the support of Pebble Creek. Thank you!!

Amazing Team and Beautiful Community! I had a wonderful experience visiting this apartment community. Ketney and Amanda were absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, gave me a detailed tour, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. You can really tell they care about their residents. Highly recommend checking this place out — ask for Ketney or Amanda, they’ll take great care of you!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! You’ve been warned . BEWARE , a lot of fake profiles with positive reviews have been posted lately about this complex. They are trying to keep their ratings higher for google. Ironically they never go into detail about the experience of living here . SIDE NOTE: It seems like the new strategy to receive positive reviews is to throw holiday parties instead of fixing the issues here. Imagine you wake up early on a Tuesday morning ready to go to work and your car is not parked outside where you left it. You have no clue on if it got stolen or towed because nobody notified you of anything. And if the office is closed good luck trying to get ahold of anyone… they might call you back, a few days later…. They will tow residents cars and charge you to get it back even if it’s their mistake. I had everything in order with my vehicle, the parking permit for which we pay every year was in display on the windshield as indicated. This place is a joke, at night you cannot even find parking for your car but we pay for parking anyway…. Do yourself a favor a avoid this place.
