Raspberries and blackcurrant and black raspberry and fall sunflowers out back next to the woods. Tons of bunnies and deer and birds. Milkweed for the butterflies. Laura does a good job of balancing maintenance, life, and nature on the back row. We can go out into the trails and get actual apples, tons of berries in summer, enough to make pie! Honeybees have their pick of flowers and garter snakes make families in the brambles and all spring to fall you can hear frogs singing! And kids play outside all summer long! What a joy! Right next to the CMCC trails and George Friedrich Park. This is a hidden gem in St Cloud. Don't skip out, Laura is an awesome landlord! On good nights you can stand outside and see the northern lights here!

Have been renting with this company since April 2024, & have been extremely impressed with the speed in which they address issues & the level of communication they’ve had with me on any concerns I’ve had. Never had a company treat me as well as they have in all my years of renting. I will definitely be sticking with their properties for as long as I rent.

Update 8/02/2022: After leaving my review I was contacted by management and they did resolve my issues with the deposit. I would still not recommend this place until their roach problem is completely solved. BEWARE OF ROACHES AND RUDE MANAGEMENT! I have never in my life had roaches until I moved into this place. They sprayed ONLY my unit, not the whole building so of course after 2 months, they returned. I bought some roach killing devices myself and that seemed to help but then when I moved out they charges me for roach control! I had let them know multiple times that roaches were an issue and took all necessary precautions (ie. Sealing any open food) and they still charged me! If that’s not enough to make you run for the hills, make sure you take pictures of literally everything! Cracke

I didnt expect to find this good landlords in St. Cloud area. Very responsive via email, caretakers nearby were really helpful. Maintenance request did not take more than a day to come, it is faster if it was emergency. Lived with them for three years, had no problem with management. My partner and I appreciated Robert and Laura a lot!

Do not rent here. If you do, don't even bother doing the cleaning in the end they will still take your money. This place is already pretty run down to start with. I figured since the price is somewhat low it'd be ok. In the end they took our money for "apartment" cleaning which we'd already done. We'd already scrubbed the walls, bathroom, stove, refrigerator, kitchen, closets, blinds, ceiling fans. The stove came out cleaner than the day I moved in! I'm also surprised that she is taking our money for some supposed broken blinds. We checked the blinds and they we NOT broken yet, our money was still taken! I agree for the that the kitchen blind had grease because, we tried scrubbing them and it didn't come off. That was on us. The Drip pans?! NO. You need to update your stove for starters an
