Langley Place Apartments

This is the worst place to live. I moved during COVID and there were things needing to be done the day I took possession of the apartment. The management company Kenco assured me the repairs would be replaced or fixed like the stove didn't work properly never used the oven for 4 years. The apartment 3765 has water damage and it was never addressed during move in, it was painted over to hide the proof. The Kenco management didn't fix anything the whole time they were in charge. The owners during that time they sold the property during eviction and tried to get money of past due rent of $5000.00 but it was dismissed with prejudice because of negligence and a new owner purchased it and on the day of inspection to purchase I informed them that the apartment had become molded and damaged all m

My experience from start to finish was amazing! Ms.Sarah was very responsive to any concerns I had through the process very professional and helpful. Beside Ms.Sarah Business professional, her personality in general is golden!

If I i could leave 0 stars I would. The building is FULL of mold, roaches. worms MICE, etc The office lady literally lied in my face several times stating there isn’t mold in the unit i was in 3786. I went to the ER yesterday and was told i have a maxillary mass in my sinus. Look it up. it’s from the mold. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had my 3 month old baby living in these apartments for a YEAR. Only God knows what it’s done to a BABY‼️ SAVE YOUR MONEY, FAMILY & HEALTH‼️ 0/10 THEY WILL LIE RIGHT IN YOUR FACE. I WON MY EVICTION WITH THESE SAME PHOTOS. EDIT: I can’t respond to the weak response they left. listen to me & go somewhere else. I can still sue. it’s very evident and I went to the doctor about this previously. Go somewhere else. Evil will NEVER win. God don’t like ugly nor a liar. Y’all b

My family and I have been living in this apartment complex for many years and 4 different management companies. I just want to say that this current management company has made up for the previous management companies. The new manager Sarah did guess what she said that she would do. Because the previous management never fixed anything and as a result we were not happy and looking for another place to live. The manager of this property Sarah upgraded our unit and now I don't see us leaving anytime soon .thanks Alexander properties.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The groundskeeper/maintenance men THREATEN the tenants (IN FRONT OF THEIR CHILDREN) The leasing office DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.I’ve been here going on 3 years and I don’t even feel comfortable asking them to repair anything because of their hostility as well as threats communicated by their employees.The pest are insane no matter what you do. Their Property manager Ms. Sarah is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL as well as belligerent. They have terrible communication.They literally pressured me to write a good review for Ms.Sarah at one point because higher management wasn’t pleased with her performance. I really recommend you look elsewhere for a place.they also go into your apartment without permission.
