Do not move here. Seriously. If you are thinking about signing a lease, take this as your warning. I wish someone had been this direct with me before I moved in. We have had multiple serious issues, and what makes it worse is how little this property seems to care once you are locked into a lease. 1. “Gated” parking is not secure My car was broken into twice in the so called gated parking. Twice. After the first break in, you would think management would tighten security, check cameras, fix access issues, communicate with residents, or do literally anything that signals they take safety seriously. Nothing meaningful changed, and it happened again. 2. Pests I’m not sure if this is because of the wooded areas surrounding the apartments (As a side note, if you suffer from cedar fever avoid

This place has been a great home for my wife and I the last couple of years. Maintenance is always quick to help, staff has always been friendly and accommodating, and the property is clean. We have lived in two separate units, one renovated and one not. We loved both and would recommend this complex to others any day. The location is also awesome. Easy to get to MoPac or i35 to go wherever you need, and close to the Domain.

I had a GREAT tour with Charla the Manager, the property is beautiful, well kept and Charla was very knowledgeable at answering all questions that I had! Even after the tour she continued to reach out to assist with any questions, etc which honestly you just don’t get follow-up with apartments anymore so that really stood out and I appreciate that!

I’ve lived here for about six months and the apartment complex is very well. Kept the maintenance team is great in the front. Office management is wonderful and always there to answer questions. There might be days where they are short staffed but when they are available, they are very helpful.

Charla was incredible- after touring multiple complexes in Austin, I can say without a doubt she was the most friendly and competent leasing agent I came across. Plus- the property looks well kept and the units are a bargain for all the amenities you get!
