I don’t actually do business at Langdale Properties, but every Fourth of July, it’s our go-to spot for watching fireworks. The office space looks sharp and professional—very “we mean business.” But then there’s that big, nondescript warehouse tucked behind it… What are they hiding back there? National secrets? A dragon? We may never know. Props to the owners, though—they don’t run us off. They just keep a casual eye on things through the security cameras like responsible adults. A solid spot for fireworks!

Worst company we dealt with in Valdosta. All we wanted was for them to enforce parking so we didn’t have to come a home from work and park in the street because our neighbors wouldn’t make their company park somewhere else. Ended having some guests towed so we could park in our own spots, and these guys showed up to our door with guns trying to threaten us when they had no business in the parking lot to begin with. And the manager didn’t do anything about it. Big 🗑️

Honestly, this is my favorite place to rent from so far. We've been renting from them since January, they always fix anything that needs to be looked at within a reasonable amount of time. They work with you when you need it. Valdosta doesnt have many decent realtor/rental companies but this company is amazing.

I have rented from this company for many years. We love staying here. The office staff is always so helpful and stays on top of things. If i had to recommend a leasing company it would surely be Langdale Properties.
