If I could give 0 starts I would. Advocating for my elderly mother. This property company is the worst. The don’t upkeep their apartments or complex, maintenance does not know what they are doing. On top of all that they say my mother owes rent for December 2024 and was severed a lease termination letter. She was never told this until months later that everyone from the office was fired and a new employee came in. Even then it took him several months to actually mention it to her, only did when lease renewal came along. We provide him proof and a new lease was signed. Now almost 2 months later, 2 new employees have started and they say she owes for Dec 2024, we explained this was resolved and they stated to either pay or move out. It is crazy how they will renew a lease with an amount

I have called this company multiple times about getting someone out to Stonebridge for me to sign paperwork renewing my lease after doing annual recertification. They cannot communicate whatsoever and when you need to get ahold of the regional manager, she's never in her office. I've already contacted a lawyer to look into this matter and figure out how we can get this done. I shouldn't have to reach out to a lawyer just to try and get something done. Don't move to any of their properties. They don't care about their tenants. Only about getting money in their pockets. Especially after I've heard laundering rumors about the named property.

Never have a maintenance person also mold is in apartment i am writing review on behalf of my granddaughter and my great grand children granddaughter doesn't want to confront for fear of being put out and no where to go.

I don't like this company. I got evicted in 2022.....they then found my payments 3 months after they evicted me!!! So when I asked for them to place me in another apartment after me having to live in my car they said I would have to be put on the wait list here it is 2025 why am I still on the wait list..... and let's not forget the icing....why is they not giving me a letter or a receipt so I can get another place.... I hope that the board of health or who ever shut they butt's down for good....bug infested complex

This is indeed a phenomenal company that is very strong in good, old fashion values that reflect a culture of the encritcies of the modern housing market. My hat off to the founder and team that will continue to grow and exhibit the best of the best,...
