My experience with Ms. Kristialin Quinones was very pleasant; she provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, was always willing to help, very organized, responsible with her appointments, and very kind.

Maintenance team member Barbosa is very meticulous with his work. Personally I have no complaints with his performance. He is also very polite and easy to talk to.

Barbosa did an amazing job fixing my bathroom light. He even upgraded the light fixture and looks beautiful.

I had an issue with the garage disposal. I put in a work order and to my surprise, it was fixed immediately. Barbosa was very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease. We had a great conversation while he worked. I’m totally impressed with Barbosa. Definitely a great representative for Concord Rents.
