Landon Homes Tradition Series at Lexington Frisco

Adam is very good with educating and helping families to understand about the new home, during the walk through he tried to simplify as to how small home repairs could be fixed and he’s kind and very patient with making one understand how things would work for a new home

This review is only for Warranty team: I just closed and moved in to new JR Landon home. Construction is good. But rushed to get the closing date sooner. However warranty(Henry and Alison) team is doing really great job. Henry arrives immediately and helps in every possible way to address right from minor ones to big concerns. Alison have been very prompt in communication. Great team.

We bought a Landon home in 2006 and the quality was excellent. Construction manager took care of each item in a careful manner. With that confidence, we both another home from John R Landon in 2013 and the construction manager has no clue on what is built. Every part of construction is outsourced to a different contractor and Landon didn't even do proper quality check. There are multiple quality issues in the brand new home and construction manager and warranty team don't even care to fix them. They simply pay deaf year and push everything under one bucket 'acceptable level of deviation'. Quality of John R Landon has gone lower than the low cost builders available in area. I bought a house a few months ago and I had nothing but a pleasant experience with whole staff, From the sales to warranty specially Teresa, Johnny Barthhalt and Thomas Rios for the warranty. They are respectful, professional, on time and get things done right away. They explain the whole process in very detail and as they promised, they delivered. I had such a great time and experience with Thomas Rios, he explain everything inside and out of the house. He made sure take his time to go over all details. I appreciate every of them and looking forward for the next house in future. Thank you

I have been living in Lexington for just over a year now. Initially, sales team was good as they have to make sales and let everybody in. I have submitted warranty issues (around 15 different issues) before the end of my one year. It has been more than two months, not even a single issue has been addressed so far. Trent from warranty has not been answering my emails or calls. Included sales team to get some help but no one has addressed any issue so far. I have seconds thoughts of staying in this community for a long time. I would definitely not recommend Landon homes. I will not buy a house with them in the future.
