Don’t buy a home here if you value your sleep! Construction crews starting way to early in the morning. Repeated attempts to have Landmark accommodate neighbors by limiting construction start time to 7:00 AM all to no avail…

Dear Landmark Homes developers! We are so glad you are in our community, and you put a nice little playground for the kids, thank you so much, that’s much needed. I have one big concern however, about the playground: it has zero shade! Kiddos, parents and grandparents cannot use it without any shade, it gets too hot during the day. One can get a heat stroke there. May I PLEASE ask you to finish the playground by planting a few fast growing trees all around it: red maple, sycamore, weeping willow, Japanese Zelcova, etc.? Otherwise no one can use it. Also, a few benches would be so nice indeed, there are currently none. Thank you so much for your contribution to our lovely community! Will update this review as steps are taken to improve the playground!
