I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Landmark at Ninety Nine Apartments—and especially about Alyssa, the leasing agent who helped me every step of the way. From start to finish, the entire leasing process was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free. Alyssa was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently, which made my move so much easier. What truly meant the most to me is that she helped me secure weeks off of my rent, which gave me the opportunity to save money and pay my rent ahead. I’ve lived here for over two months and wanted to share a positive, honest review. There is no bribing for reviews, the 8, 10, or 12 weeks free rent are simply promotional move-in offers. Overall, the community is well managed, and communication from the office has been consistent. Valet trash is provided, and guidelines are shared regularly. There are a few areas where better resident awareness would help. At times, kids play unsupervised, including near parked cars or close to the road, and I’ve noticed kids touching the mailroom mailboxes. I chose not to record anything out of respect for privacy and child safety. Occasionally, vehicles block walkways, which can be challenging for strollers or wheelchair access. If I can give this place a 0 I would but I can't so a 1 it is. I'm surprised they have so many positive comments. I honestly think they bribe people with a concession or something. That's how they got me with a few months of rent for free. Management is okay they don't really resolve issues with neighbors disrupting peace they wash their hands of it. There has been theft involving another resident. There are kids playing everywhere and being loud and hitting cars with balls and toys and running rampant unsupervised. Residents see the dumpster full and start throwing their trash on the ground instead of walking a little more to a empty trash can. Residents with dogs don't pick up after them and there's poop everywhere. Basically the quality of residents that get an apartment here is low. To

I recently moved into Landmark at Ninety Nine Apartments on 1/20, and so far my experience has been very positive. The complex is new, my building is well lit at night, and I feel safe here — which was very important to me, especially moving into an apartment for the first time. I also want to highlight the management experience. Jackie M. has been outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from day one. She answered all of my questions, never pressured me — not even once — and never made me feel like I was bothering her.
