We're moving here again soon (in the packing stage🙃). We lived here in 2016 for awhile and it was pretty okay. They recently repainted and put new carpet down in the units and it looks and feels nice. Nice manager too. Great layout, cheap pet rent. When we went down there today to look at our unit, there was a lot of police surrounding the unit we were supposed to be moving into. Guns out, and it honestly looked like a raid. My mother got nervous about it and asked the front desk guy about it. She asked to move units to the one we toured (we were not originally moving into the one we toured) and he made it super easy and quick for us. Since we already signed a lease and payed the deposit and everything, we just had to do more paperwork to switch over to the new unit. Good customer service.

Gave a less than 24 notice to move my car out of my parking spot or it will be towed. The same parking spot that is included in my lease. I don't have the time to accommodate last minute demands like this. The entire parking situation was a straight up mess for months. Due to the short notice the landlord at to reschedule it do another week, making us all find other places to park once again. And because they didn't do the power wash and painting at the same time, there was a 3rd time we all had to play musical parking spots. On top of that, the landlord suddenly decided that the parking situation had to be entirely redone. There justification made sense, but they went about it in the worse way. They tried making us change parking spots with only a couple weeks notice at first, to which

We moved down here from Anchorage 2 years ago and for the most part mangers have been ok. The one we have now is the best. They get things done and listen to our concerns. The complex looks so much better. We have referred people to them. Thanks for all your hard work.

In response to the new management's request for feedback, I would like to share my concerns regarding the current operation of the apartment complex. There have been inconsistencies in communication, with email and paper notices sometimes conflicting in dates and not always adhering to tenant laws regarding proper notice periods, which has created unnecessary urgency around projects. The recent parking lot rearrangement is a prime example. The initial notice was insufficient, and it was only through tenant intervention that a more reasonable timeline was established. While I appreciate the aesthetic improvements to the parking lot, I disagree with the rearrangement itself, as it appears to prioritize profit maximization over community well-being. The communication surrounding the project

I’ve lived here two years. There have been multiple management changes and contractors. Some good some bad. Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Travis with Local Landscapes. He does an amazing job keeping this complex looking nice. He went out of his way to help me with something that management has ignored for months. Travis has a great work ethic and customer service. He does the little things that the other landscapers have ignored. He does so much more than just mow the lawns. The apartments themselves are ok. Spacious and very dated, I can hear my neighbors nonstop. Poor insulation and moldy.
