This place is terrible! There are literally animals in the walls, the living room ceiling caved in from water leaking and they didn’t fix it for over a week, the management(when she is in the office which isn’t often) is rude and literally has no idea what she is talking about, they up the rent ever year, the ‘remodeled’ apartments are terrible. They just throw regular wall paint on top of tiles in the bathroom. Don’t call for anything to get fixed because it takes more over a month for the one maintenance man to come and just look at the issue then another month for him to come back with the parts, the pool at the complex hasn’t been open in years, the laundry room washer and dryer are always broken. The worst part is Peggy in the office, she is terrible, rude, has no idea what she is doi

Left here a year ago. Takes 13 MONTHS TO GET ANYTHING FIXED. The actual owner buys cheap stuff, that breaks, then wants to charge you for it. They Force you to get Another renters insurance when it's their obligation to fix it through their insurance. They have one maintenance guy for over 120 apartments! All the parking lots flood, knee deep in most places. The washers are broken, the dryers are broken, ceilings leak, squirrels defecating in the ceilings, dead squirrels in the wall, lawn takes weeks to cut, the pool at our building hasn't been open in over 2 years, trash piles up and blows all over the lawn, non residents park in your spots, loud neighbors that they allow, plumbing leaks, carpets are stinky and stained, floors buckeling, holes in the wall in the hallways. My ac has been out for over a year now, Do not recommend! The property manager has no urgency with only offering 1 window unit for a 2 bedroom.

In all my years of renting, this has to be the WORSE place ever regarding maintenance issues. STAY AWAY FROM apt 7F! I've been here 2 years and my bedroom ceiling leaks ALL THE TIME! The roof needs to be replaced yet they keep "patching" it which doesn't work! I finally put in a complaint with the city's housing department and can't wait to move out of here when my lease is up!

Amazing, refinished apartment and I love that. The library is right here. It’s like my own personal. Management is amazing. I’ve been in a lot of buildings because of work.
