Landings at Winmore Apartments

I’ve had positive experiences with Paul handling maintenance in the apartment complex. He responds promptly, explains the work being done, and makes sure issues are fully resolved. His professionalism and efficiency are appreciated.

The place is very very nice and quiet. However there are no pictures of the inside on the website. And it's hard to get in touch with the office person to get an application turned in. Didn't know u have to make an appt just to return the application then no one is there. People are trying to get in here but can't cause applications can't be turned in. Are they picking and choosing? I would hope not cause that wouldn't be very professional! Been waiting since August just to return my application and I haven't gotten a call back on when I can bring it in. And I'm still waiting...but I just found out that my god mother moved in a couple days ago but here I am still waiting to return an application for an apartment. I could see if my credit was bad or I'm a problem tenant but I'm not. I been

This apartment complex has done nothing to make living conditions suitable or comfortable for residents. After being a tenant for several years, I have witnessed nothing but complaints from several of the residents about the property manager, Danielle Thompson. Tenants have complained about the office staff not being accessible during traditional business hours, which has kept many from being to report damages, and even pay their rent on time. Ms. Thompson is reportedly also not writing out proper receipts for tenants when they're paying their rent so they have no proof of payment. Maintenance does not come and fix things properly, so many apartments are falling apart. Don't be fooled by the nice exterior of the apartments.

It is not enough space to write about the negative things about this place. Let’s put it this way when it comes to management safety confidentiality and fairness it’s some serious problems over there and nobody cares. They actually needs a ZERO…

My dishwasher is too small and i'm having to waste water by doing 2-3 or even 4 loads of dishes in rhe dishwasher.that is totally unaccepted as me being a tenent paying rent.i ususally don't complain but there are factors i gotta deal with for myself.that isn't the only problem half of the time the apt mgr.has got someone else in her office other than people who need to talk with her.meaning the office isn't a place to socalize it's for business only .unless i'm wrong.
