The staff consistently provides outstanding customer service — they’re approachable, attentive, and always ready to help with anything that comes up. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team communicates clearly every step of the way. What really stands out is how welcoming and professional everyone is. They make residents feel valued, and it shows in how well the community is maintained. I truly appreciate the effort they put into creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment at Landing Square.

The BEST experience of looking at an apartment in my life! The honesty, professionalism, amazing hospitality and personality that radiated from Haleema was infectious. I would live at this property just because I’ve never experienced such humility in a property manager before!! The one bedroom I viewed was nice and cozy. Perfect size for me. Let’s hope I get approved ☺️

I’m so excited to be moving into my new apartment at New Apartment Homes! The experience has been wonderful so far. Heleema was absolutely amazing—she personally took me to see my unit and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Portia was also very kind and welcoming. The team truly made this transition smooth and stress-free. I’m really looking forward to living here!

The staff is perfect! Portia and Haleema are a dynamic duo. Portia was encouraging throughout the entire process and Haleema was amazing at making sure my apt was perfect. Also Whitney helped me out on my move in day and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The maintenance staff Darek and Gary was very efficient and what they could not fix right away they put in an order and when the item arrived they replaced it right away. Two thumbs up for my move-in process.Landing square was a great choice for me and I’m very happy with my decision.
