Landing at Tates Creek

Living here was a great experience! The location is super convenient—close to groceries and everything we needed. Debby was always kind and considerate. Even after we moved, she went out of her way to help us retrieve a package that had been taken. Truly appreciated her help!

I lived in this apartment complex for several years, including before and after the renovations. There are many reasons why I would actively tell people to avoid this complex so I will list them in sections. The neighbors are loud, when we first moved in we were placed next to a couple who played music at all hours loud enough that the bass would rattle things in our apartment. They were complained about multiple times to the office but no action was ever taken. The shared buildings constantly smell like cigarette smoke and the emails/texts the manager sends out constantly do nothing, again no further action was ever taken. The parking lots are not safe, many cars were stolen from while I lived there. The manager herself is rude and does not care about the tenants. She personally screwed

Debbie made the move in process very easy. I work from home and didn’t have much time to stop by and talk in person. She worked with my needs and We took care of everything communicating via email and text. She was very friendly and informative. The maintenance man Tim also was very nice. We submitted a work order to have a minor repair done and he worked it the same day. He came in first thing in the morning and made sure we were content with the repairs made. He was polite and respectful of our property as well. So far, it’s been a great experience since we’ve been here. The complex is also really quiet which is a plus for me. I hardly ever hear the neighbors and when I walk my furry friend, the people walking theirs too are also respectful and mind their own.

Absolutely amazing complex. Clean, quiet and cozy! Deb is an amazing landlord. So kind and compassionate!

After living here for about 6 months, I'm really happy with our townhouse. The management and maintenance crew have been fantastic to work with. We've had a fair share of issues with a newly renovated unit, but the landlord and maintenance crew always went above and beyond to quickly fix the issue and make everything right -- the manager even personally called us to make sure we were happy. I trust this team has our interests at heart and I feel good about living here in the future. The renovated units are fantastic, everything is new and has been a joy to live in. The outside landscaping and amenities leave something to be desired though. I would love to see an updated workout room soon. Overall I'm happy at The Landing and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.
