Landfair Apartments

They are not well organized. If you look out side the apartment you will be depressed. The management company who are managing this property are very unprofessional. They didn't want to answer your question until you fill out the application. When you are interested to rent, they will tell you pay for the deposit first that doesn't make sense to me. I will never recommend anyone to rent those apartments.

Hi I lived here for about 2 years initially found the place be affordable but unsafe and trashy . A new property manager toke over and clean up the place. Security cameras were put in with nightly security Patrols and the place is cleaned daily. I now feel safe and do not think landfair Apartments is trashy or unsafe. Maintenance does an outstanding job of doing repairs quickly which are needed.The Parking lot have some potholes and needs to be resurfaced this is the main negative point of the apartment complex which I believe will be taken care of shortly.

Best landlord ever is all I can say she is amazing at her job. Loving, kind, sweetheart and so understanding. Mrs. Vanessa is her name.

I love the Apts and the grass stays cut and I love the landlord she is so sweet and she has a heart of gold always can talk to her and she understands and always willing to work with u.

Well they have great maintenance property always clean our a.c.United broke and they fix it asap they same day was fix and grass stay cut it's quite friendly environment and respectful people
