My son recently had a flat tire and pulled it into their parking lot and he called them and let him let them know that his vehicle is parked there and he was trying to get it towed or get the tire fixed because not only did his first tire become flat now his donut was flat as well. They lady he spoke with said it was okay to leave there. We had a tow service scheduled for the next day and when he showed up his car was GONE! They lied about saying it was okay to leave it there and it cost him $180 to get it out of the tow yard on top of the tow to get it home which was another $90. They did not live up to their word at all and if I could rate them zero I would. And it was Christmas!

Tom handled our closing documents and really made a boring process exciting. Very personable and was able to answer our questions thoroughly. You guys got a real one.
