Lancer Court Apartments

Was going for a walk with my 4 year old and there was a car racing through this building’s parking lot, speeding towards us like they were going to hit us, not even slowing down that I literally had to pick my child up to get out of their way. Not a good place for young children unless you wanna risk them getting hit by insane drivers. Not only that, but there are trash and nails laying around the playgrounds that impaled my shoe. Luckily it was mine and not my kid’s. VERY disgusted with what these apartment complexes have turned into

They are not built properly. Property management company is good. All the construction was done by an inexperienced unprofessional subcontractor.

Location is great. These apartments are comfortable, and we are pleased.
