Such a bad experience with Roson Lau. She made a appointment with me 8:30 pm for showing and no appeared without any notice. I waited 30 minutes with my husband and two girls. Got so many mosquito bites and somehow other agent contacted her for me and she said she can’t come because she already got home. And other agent tried to make an another appointment for me but Roson kept saying she can come whenever she can come. How realtor make schedule for only herself? I can’t trust this realtor and whole office.
I Live in north bergen for 9 years with my mom and the agency has been friendly to my mother.
