Lancaster Lofts at Liberty Place

My partner and I love living here. The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. Management is super friendly and goes above and beyond. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Moving here from out of state was super easy. Zero complaints, I feel so lucky to have found this place!

A fantastic place to call home! Maintenance and Office staff are professional and quick to respond to issues submitted on the Resident Portal. The studio apartment I moved into was the cleanest apartment I’ve ever leased. Building amenities include a gym with modern equipment that is clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding neighborhood near F&M is safe with abundant walking trails. Highly recommend!

We were so pleased with our entire experience at Lancaster Lofts. The location is perfect, the setting lovely and quiet, apartments are beautiful, and the management is terrific! The management and maintenance staff are attentive, thorough, helpful, and gracious... which is not always easy to come by! Inside and out, the interiors and grounds are kept clean and current. Additionally, tenant appreciation is felt, often by offering special events (such as grab-and-go food and drink, which is always appreciated.) Lastly, they are truly pet-friendly, and a perfect place to reside with your fur baby. We truly had such a wonderful experience living there!

It's been great so far. Stephanie Martinez has been very helpful and got us into our apartment ahead of schedule! The apartment is beautiful. There were some minor things within the apartment that were unfinished, but I'm sure it was due in part just to the fact that we moved in ahead of time, to our benefit, so absolutely no complaints.

My experience with this community is very easy to rate. These people are spectacular inside and outside of the community. Their communication is impeccable, their attention to detail is top-notch and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness, service, and atmosphere are unmatched. I can't say a single negative thing about being where I am. You guys are the best
