Lampe Estates

We have lived here for 18 months and are now moving to Idaho. These are the nicest non-income based apartments in Huron. Megan, the property manager, is always available during business hours and is very nice. She and the maintenance is are very responsive when something is wrong (the worst things they have had to fix are a broken blind in the apartment and a burned out stairway bulb). The buildings are only about 3 years old and the appliances look brand new. Snow removal of the parking lot is good and in the summer they mow the lawn regularly. Only 2 minor complaints are the walls are a little thin and there is no balcony. Most neighbors are single people or older and hardly make any noise. And most people keep their grill in the garage and pull it out 10 feet to BBQ. Overall I

Could not care less about residents. Literally had snow in our bedroom and they refused to credit our rent when our heating bill doubled because of faulty building issues.
