Selling my commercial property through Coldwell Banker Action Realty was a great experience! The sale actually went through very fast. The agent was VERY friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Huron’s Coldwell Banker Action Realty Agency.
I could never get a hold of anyone. Tried email, calling, texting... I finally went through a different realtor. When I have an inspection done Coldwell charged me to open the house for the inspector. What a joke! If I could do less than 1 star I would. I personally do NOT recommend.
Was beyond very helpful more than what I expected. I got all the help I could ask for. If I had questions they always got answered right away! Very friendly and wont give up on finding you a house. I recommend everyone to give them a try they know what they are doing! Thats why I gave them a five star.
