LaMonte Apartments

I just moved out of Apt 4 due to ARLTA violations after sleeping in this unit for over 30 days. These apartments have rats. The are in the walls, ceiling, damaged the stove, in the laundry room. You can hear them scratching all night and running and fighting. It's so loud sounds like a person is hiding in the attic. Valley Income Properties will try to have maintenance put down sticky traps which won't do anything for the attic and walls. Their is so much rat poop in the attic it fell all over my deep freezer when opened. It sucks cause Apt 4 was my dream apartment but the mental and physical issues this place cause to me and my disabled children turned it into a nightmare. If you care about your family health and safety, I would not move here.
