Lambert Landing i & II

I’ve been a resident for approximately 6 months. I do not recommend. The property has become unkept. The elevators and hallways are dirty. Any issues you have with a neighbor will not be resolved. I’ve had issues with a noisy neighbor since August. A resolution hasn’t been made because the regional manager is solely focused on leasing vacant units. I was told to contact the police and noise complaints are not basis for unit transfers. Although, a Caucasian male informed me he was transferred due to his neighbors who resided on the floor above him disturbing his peace. lol. Noted. If you want peace , find another property. They leave you to basically deal with it or figure it out on your own!!!!!!!! They will not be satisfied until someone is potentially hurt due to their negligence.

Alfie Very Rude and Unprofessional….About two months ago, I spoke with Alfie, the Community Manager, who was unfortunately very rude over the phone. At the time, I was only gathering information since I wasn’t planning to move until December. A few weeks ago, I called again and spoke with Shanon, who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I let her know that I would call back soon to schedule a tour. Yesterday, when I tried to schedule that tour, my calls were disconnected twice. On my third attempt, Alfie answered again rudely saying, “I’m in the middle of a tour and you keep calling back to back i see you calling I have your number and will call you back, beloved,” before hanging up. And of course i never received a call back

I went in, completed an application, and paid the application fee after being told they were actively accepting applications. I drove all the way to Petersburg to one of their sister properties to complete this applications and to make sure everything was done correctly. After that — nothing. I called multiple times to check the status of my application and could never get a clear update. The lack of communication is unbelievable. Crystal Martin was the person handling my situation, and I never received a follow-up, a callback, or even a courtesy update. I don’t mind paying an application fee if the process is handled professionally — but taking people’s money and then ignoring them is unacceptable. Communication absolutely sucks.

The staff members were very kind, but my experience was frustrating. I was told that I was approved and that they were just finishing up my paperwork. Then, about a month later, I was told I wasn’t approved because I was supposedly over the income limit. The confusing part is that a staff member had instructed me to include my school grants and child support on my application — but once I was denied, I was told that I shouldn’t have added them. The process and communication definitely need improvement.

I’ve been here since October of 2025 & haven’t had a bad experience yet. Ms.A is so sweet & professional. Hallways always smell good and clean in my building. I have nothing bad to say.
