I absolutely love this place! The neighbors were very friendly and Angelique was great! I was nervous about moving from Brooklyn to NJ and she made me feel so comfortable here. She was very helpful in answering questions I didn’t even think to ask, showed me both the apartment and a demo apartment! I am looking forward to calling this place my home.

Application process was so easy and the apartment was so perfect everything new and i liked how fast everything was, very spacious and clean also i like the area very nice and i totally recommend lalor garden the best. Angelique was phenomenal the best😁👍

Hello, Im a 2 year resident of Lalor Gardens... let me first start by saying that respect is given when respect is due. I'm very hard to impress.. The property Manager Miss. Angelique is a God send. I can truly say that she has handled and addressed, any and every issue I've had concerning my apartment . I know we all have bad days but I haven't ran into any of hers! Would I recommend this complex to live in.;Definitely a yes!!

I scheduled a tour for this complex and my experience with the leasing agent was not pleasant. I told her that I booked an appointment to get a tour and the only she said was “you know that the apartment is not going to be available until the end of April?” I said that I was aware of that information and she was not welcoming and unpolite. Then after she gave me the quote for the cost of moving which is around $ 4,100 and then she said that the apartment that I would be renting doesn’t have an AC unit and I asked her why? She said “just we don’t have it.” So the rent is $1,375.00 and with no AC ? . Then I proceeded to take look on the second floor “model room” and I didn’t event want to see the rest of the apartment. Avoid Lalor Gardens at all costs! The management here is beyond greedy and has zero regard for its residents. They recently had a bunch of people, including my mother, slapped with $55 parking tickets for parking on a main street—something that was never an issue before. Instead of providing fair warning or proper parking solutions, they seem more interested in squeezing every last dollar out of tenants and their guests. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about its residents and isn’t just out to nickel-and-dime people, look elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
