Never had a problem paying rent until Vanrooy took over. Loft app doesn't work most of time, not rent djusted and you get treated like an idiot when you tell office about it like its you control the app. I used to not know names of management but now I do since i have to go up there so much. Speaking of the office, its always closed! First water issues, now no electricity for 2 weeks with a note on door with email written. Always by the first week of each month when rents due too. Paying rent should not be this stressful

Terrible terrible apartment wouldn’t recommend. When I moved in I had no working appliances for a whole week and a half. And there are roaches everywhere it’s like the spray they use brings them back. They don’t work at a responsible time. They haven’t upheld their part of the contract want you to pay $1,300 for a 2 bedroom

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The staff is incredibly rude, the houses have Roaches, ants, and centipedes and they don’t even try to get rid of it, and they claim to have central air but it doesn’t work! And the swimming pool has been closed since it’s been built. The fridge, stove, and dishwasher all have problems. And the dishwasher has water and black mold! They absolutely do not try to fix anything! There are roaches in the drywall!! And they’ve been evicted EVERYONE over the same reason that ‘there are people who aren’t on the lease living in the home’ 4 people i know have gotten that reason FOUR! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! No renovation will fix this disaster. Save yourself 1500 dollars as well as your sanity and look somewhere ELSE!!!

I never find my available parking spaces! I have 3 children and how difficult it is to be looking for a place to park when there is none in front of my home that I am supposed to pay with my rent, disastrous people who do not respect…. 08/25/24 They took my car and my husband's for no reason, the office says it's because it didn't have tires!!! There is no justification for this, I have everything in order with my cars!!! So if you come home from work and your car is not there, don't doubt that the tow truck will take it for no apparent reason!

It looks like I dodged a bullet and all that got out of me was $15. When I called over 4 months ago I was told they had something available I rushed over stopped and got my money order. Hurry over to the rental office filled out my application. Which I was told would be looked over that week then they said bc it was the holiday that it would be looked at after the holiday and they would get back with me. I heard nothing so I called after 2 weeks to be told I was on a waiting list And would be called as soon as something comes up. No call now 120 days later I think they are calling to say they are finally going to put my app through only to be told it's been 120 days and they are removing me and to fill out another app and pay again. Are you Serious.!!!
