Ryan Homes at Windsor Estates

Nice selection of homes and there are pros and cons to this particular neighborhood. The biggest concern is the total lack of any sort of play area, basketball courts or shared space for children. The neighborhood is full of families and all age ranges of children but there are no plans for any sort of playground or play area where families can meet up!There are two subdivisions close by that offer the same homes, similar prices, and similar lot sizes and ALSO offer amenities - Vista Verde is very close and offers a pool and Monroe Crossing is just down the street and offers a playground and basketball hoops. This is a serious deficit to Windsor Estates and one that would steer potential buyers elsewhere. They may offer the access to Dudley Woods but that is not somewhere that kids can pla

This subdivision is comparable to a cancer that been allowed to grow too big. There is no uniqueness here. Homes give a liminal and unoriginal feel, everything looks exactly the same and robotic-like. There are no trail connections or amenities, most back yards are full of easements and to top it off, homes are made out of the cheapest materials that are bound to fall apart after 10 years. Shame on you Ryan Homes, you should have never been allowed to build this subdivision out as far as you have. Be smart and choose ANOTHER subdivision, avoid this at all costs.

The prices are fair but all the home's free much look-alike there only limited in their style so I don't think this is who I would choose to build my new home unless I wanted to live in a neighborhood that look just like mr. Smith and mr. Jones

Atmosphere was calm, the houses were beautiful all around was a great place to look for homes
