Lakewalk at Hamlin Apartments

I have been living since this place was build up. This is my home for a few years, I’m so so thankful to able to live in this place, love the area, love the environment, the only things I was not quite sure why before was a not smoke area, now I see near the lake with smoking areas. So sad 😞 When I moved here was absolutely smoke free. My daughter had asthma when she was a babe and being in a place with smoke free was great for me and for her Unfortunately Im moving to this place because is getting too expensive for a single mom, also for not being a free smoke area anymore.

Nothing but good things to say about Lakewalk at Hamlin! I’ve been living here for about 8 months now and it continues to exceed my expectations again and again! The management is very easy to get in contact with, and maintenance is *very* quick to respond to any requests. The pool is excellent and you can see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from there every night! Great gym, amazing community, overall just very safe and welcoming. The apartments themselves have great appliances and layouts. The area is also fantastic, with lots of options for shopping and dining and recreation nearby. No complaints, so pleased in every way!

This place is absolutely beautiful 24. Hour gym. Beautiful, Terrace. Is infinity pool And the people here are beautiful.Everybody is like hello.Good morning they make you feel welcome

My husband and I have loved our experience living at Lakewalk! From community events to food trucks, wonderful staff and timely response to requests, this has been such a welcoming place. They truly care about the resident experience. Huge shoutout to Brooklyn in the leasing office who was so helpful with our move in!

My husband and I just moved in a little over a month ago and we love it. The leasing office staff are all friendly and helpful. Maintenance is also great and efficient. The complex is clean, quiet and beautiful. Not to mention the area has everything you need within walking distance. We are very happy with our decision to live here.
