Liverpool is a great area and close to Destiny and Onondaga lake. Our apt. was clean and painted before moving in. The kid who took care of the lawn was always nice and helped me with groceries and bring in a shelf one time. The property manager is really cool, always helpful. I didn't know my roommate wasn't paying the rent and we were evicted. The manager felt bad for me and said I could move into a 1 bedroom when it was available. My roommate wrote a fake bad review of this place and asked all his friends and family to leave bad reviews. He took my money and didn't pay the rent, he was the problem not this place! I would live here again.

I used to live at this property under the old owners. In the last 6-9 months, I've watched as the new owner cleaned up the neighborhood. There were a lot of long term issues that the old owners never addressed - including us being told that we couldn't wash the carpets or they'd smell like mildew. Under the new owners, they are replacing that carpet with waterproof laminate flooring. They are actually investing in making upgrades and long tern real fixes, instead of quick fixes that break again in a month. I would recommend reassessing your opinions on this location. I know I did and now have family moving in next month.

I paid my deposit and had a move in date. When the day came it wasn’t ready and told me I can move in the next week and not even offer another unit or compensate me. Mind you I took off work plus family members as well rented a uhal to move in on the agreed date. And I was lied to when I was told I’d get my deposit back. Then they tried to blackmail to not leave a negative review and still kept my $1259.75 deposit. Was told they’d send a release form but never received it. So I was homeless and they kept my $1,259.75They breached the lease. Then I find out they charged me another $1,015 which I was not aware of in which I find out was added to my credit as a collection. Terrible business and they did not want to make it right. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

This place is filthy! Landlord is scum to the earth. Water always off. Something needs to be fixed (over 72 hrs). People have kids and hygiene that needs attention. Druggies working supplied by the landlord. Old appliances, old flooring, old everything. Trash everywhere outside. Half mowing that ticks get on kids outside playing. "Clean up" move you in and want your money first situation!

I've had a great experience living here so far. There have been some issues with other tenants that should've been evicted during covid, but they're gone now and the on site staff has been very helpful and kind!
