Lakeview Terrace Apartments

My experience in Lakeview Terrace has been exceptional. The apartments are truly the highlight of this experience: spacious, with a modern and beautiful kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The location is very convenient, with the supermarket, gas station, mall, Target just minutes away. Moreover, after several months of living here, the quality of life remains excellent. It’s an incredibly peaceful place, where you hardly hear any noise. I also want to highlight Hannah, who has been incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Living here has been a total nightmare. The noise is so bad I have to wear earplugs and run a white noise machine EVERY SINGLE NIGHT just to get some sleep. The floors creak like crazy, and I can hear my neighbors' entire conversations. I can even hear the person on the other end of their phone calls. When I complained, the manager (Eddy) basically told me the whole building is like this because "all units are built with the same materials." If that’s true, don't expect any peace in any unit here. Management is a joke. They dragged their feet for months and refused to give any rent credit for the constant stress. Check the video, this is what you’ll be paying $1700+ a month for. Stay away.

I have lived here since 2018 and have always been happy here. In the not too distant past, there have been new ownership, staff and improvements all around and IMO, this place is without a doubt, a hidden gem. Nearby apartments cost more and are not nearly as accommodating or comfortable or....DRAMA FREE! The staff at Lakeview Terrace is very friendly and I always stop to chat when I see them, especially if i stop by the office for any reason and speak with Hannah. If I ever need maintenance for anything, they respond right away and are also equally as friendly and pleasant to spend a few minutes with and chatting about whatever. Lakeview Terrace apartments is the place I call home . It felt perfect the moment I walked into the leasing office! The management team alone stands right out. Hannah's charm and wit is a warm and welcoming experience. I've been a resident since October and love the layout and style of a home which doesn't feel like 4 closed walls of other complexes in the area. Hannah and the rest of the staff are quick to respond to any need or concern without delay with a professional response with a personal attention . (Not that there are many) My unit was completely ready and available at the time I moved in. Maintenance of the grounds are well kept. And my neighbors are respectful and friendly as well which is also on top of my likes. I would love to see a community pool and recreation area add

Highly recommend! My sister and I moved to Lakeview Terrace in June and absolutely love our apartment. Short commute to my work in Princeton, walking distance to grocery store and beautiful parks nearby. Eddy/Hanna in the office are the sweetest people I’ve ever met and maintenance guys know what they’re doing. Even my dog likes it here, plenty of paths/grass for him to walk, even met a couple of doggie friends. There’s no pool but having a renovated apartment is more practical to me than having a pool. Very satisfied and glad we moved in. Price is not too high especially with the new stainless steel appliances, wood floors, washer dryer and my favorite, the breakfast bar (don’t know the right name for it), island? You definitely get your bang for your buck. A++++
