Aspen Falls Apartments

My first apartment. Owners are a piece of work and will definitely hold on to the security deposit… if you even get it at all. I took pictures of everything upon move out and still was charged a cleaning fee on multiple things. In a pinch, if you need a place it’s good I guess. But very glad I’m no longer a tenant and in a much nicer environment.

Looking to get my application fees of 100$ back. They took my money and told me that I have collections on my credit report to deny me. When I check with trans union , no such thing. I have a credit score of 751. Don’t know what they are talking about. Crazy

I have lived here for 6 years and love it! I'm in a large studio apartment that was formerly a one bed room, and the rent is VERY good and does not go up every single year like other places. Maintenance responds quickly. And even though other reviews describe the office manager as "odd" she is responsive to me and chatty (mostly about politics and cats) both are topics which I enjoy. My neighbors have changed but have always been nice (they say hello; reminds me my car lights are; etc.) I recommend it. Talk to people who live here, don't rely solely on internet reviews.

Terrible place to live. Landlords don’t even live in the same state. don’t care who moves in - apartments have mice and roaches. Mold in the bathrooms because their is no circulation in the place. If something needs to be fixed unfortunately you have to learn to live with it or spend the money to fix it yourself. They have one maintenance man who lives on site and is literally the laziest person I have ever come across in my entire life. I could keep going on and on but you get the point. When you move out and leave an apartment in better shape than it came in you still get gypped out of a security deposit. Please save yourself the mental and financial hardship and stay far far away from this infestation.

-Run my slumlords. -No on site management, they live in a different state and rarely visit the property. -If you complain about stuff breaking and wanting it fixed, be prepared to not get your. lease renewed, even if you've always been on time with rent (they consider that being rude to staff.) -Roaches when we first moved in and old food left from the previous tenant. -Fridge was so old, the seal was dry and cracked with years worth of old food AND BUGS caked in the gooves. -Took me 2 days to clean before we could fully move our belongings in and use the kitchen and bathroom. -Bought my own stove elements/drip pans. -A tenant living with exotic snakes in his apt. -Tile floors poorly done.
