The apartment itself isn’t bad. I don’t have pest issues and maintenance has been great! My issue is with the kids! And the parents of the kids, of course. The kids here loiter at all times of night, disrespect the property by leaving trash, and are excessively loud at night. I’ve witnessed small children almost getting hit by cars because they are unattended and running in the street. Where are the parents? It’s getting ridiculous.
