The worst place to live is this, in winter the heating goes away on weekends and they don’t solve it until Monday and the only answer you get is that you are not paying for the heating. There are too many animals that get into your house from crickets to mice and all they do is put you in a mouse trap, but the house has a thousand holes where all those animals enter. The basements where the laundry is, the washing machines with luck and work and the dryers the same, maybe one day you get up with luck and work 1 or 2, apart from the fact that the maintenance of this space is terrible and disgusting, they never clean it there is too much dust cobwebs, just disgusting. Streets lighting is insufficient especially at the entrance from Vail road and in the parking are on the lake side causing a really critical safety and security issue to the residents. The laundry rooms are very substandard and not clean. Maintenance staff are rude and don’t respond in timely manner.

Nice area, well maintained and quiet. Any maintenance needed gets done in a timely manner and the staff were always pleasant. Would rent again.

I would appreciate a quicker turnaround on resolving work order requests, as well as the addition of lounge chairs with umbrellas around the pool.

I had a bad experience there. The other woman who works with Takara never answers the phone and you go to the office and she doesn't give you any information on how to help or she doesn't know how to do her job. Takara is the only kind person there and she is a person who does help the residents. Takara is the best.
