Lakeview Apartments

I love our apartment! They have been great!! The one thing that really frustrates me is our bathtub gets clogged at least once a month and they take forever to come fix it but the problem is they don’t actually fix it because it goes right back to clogged in two weeks! For how much we are paying I expected more. we’ve been here over a year now and they’ve raised our rent 3 times but can’t afford to fix our bathtub drain. Other than that it’s a great first apartment!

I've been here for a year and a half and the new manager Veronica is amazing and so is Sipi the maintenance man. He came to my apartment and asked about a garbage disposals problem and I told him I needed it replaced and he replaced it immediately. There's never been a manager or maintenance man on the ball that takes care of problems right away like these guys. They both deserve a bonus!

So I guess I'll go ahead and leave this review, I really didn't want to but since I have yet to see anything done about these kids causing havoc around here scaring all the children their parents are to busy to care about their were about their are two separate houses these kids belong to and I'm not going to allow them and their parents to walk around here like that ok. The cops have been here so many times they bang on my door all hours of the night. How is this a safe home for my children and I when this is what we deal with every single night! update They have taken care of it and hopefully now thing will calm down i appreciate your efforts !!!!!!!

I'm disappointed in management and how they handle reoccurring situations with these 6 or 7 kids belonging to two separate house holds. They do nothing but destroy property, bang on your door all hours of the night, they have multiple cases with the police. They have been kicked out of all the surrounding stores because of their behavior they have broken others windows, kicked in other kids doors trown rocks through the windows and the management has said for 6 months it will be handled. This is not a safe environment for my children nor will I let them outside because these kids bully any kid girl, boy ,big ,small and one of their parents are just to drunk to care and the other just don't watch or care what havoc their children cause I'm not paying 1600 dollars to be taunted and my kids

The property manager Amy Grant is the best thing about this place. She's kind and helpful and gets things done. She was great at helping us through the application process and really gone the extra mile to get our feedback and meet the needs of our request. She's made sure that Maintenance resolved all our needs quickly and Thoroughly. Although I wouldn't give all the neighbors or all of the apt high stars, the parking is pretty reasonable and our carpet and flooring was redone right before we moved in which is pretty amazing, but I would give Amy and staff 10 stars if I could.
