Do NOT move here! The front office does nothing to help. My AC unit is currently broken as I write this and it's been a month without heat. There is constant noise at all times of night and some kind of shooting every other day. Issues with mold, roaches, and rats! These places are barely fixed to a livable condition and done poorly at that. Stay away if you can afford something else.

Decent place to live, safe. Very old fashioned and they did a poor job fixing, cleaning before my girlfriend moved in. We had to buy things to fix what they hadn't. Hard to get in contact with. They have me move my car from an empty extra parking lot, stating "it's a fire lane." It isn't one and they're rude about moving my car. We're around many empty houses, so my car blocks no one from going there, I'm the only one that parks there since living here and I'm only here half the week. The kitchen has no cabinets or counter space. The rooms have no real closets, just an opening in the wall with two odd bars. I can't wait until we move.

I recently moved to this place because I didn't find others available. Residents leave trash everywhere, their children's toys, beer bottles, they don't mow the lawn. The truth is that I am ashamed that my family comes and sees all that. If you file a report for something that needs to be fixed, they don't come. They tell you yes, but they don't come. The manager and owner are only interested in filling the departments and afterwards they don't care about anything at all.

This place don’t deserve a star not even a half this is a stressful place to stay me and my husband stay here currently it’s Christmas we can’t shower brush our teeth cook we can not do anything we have other people urine and dookie coming from our sink and coming in the tub today is 12-23-22 I called this place all day Wednesday no answer or call back we don’t have a emergency number to call for someone to come out this is the fourth time this has happened we have to sleep in this mess we are both sick from smell. Crazy thing is they came out today and fixed this temporary so now stuck like this til whenever plz don’t move here

Well I just want to started off by saying the people who work in the office are liars and have bad attitudes. Both of them have no business skills or business manor. Very unprofessional on every level of business. The man that work in the office denied my application and told me the reason why he denied my application was because I had 90 pages of bad credit. I have no such thing he's a complete liar. I don't recommend this place to nobody.
