Lakeside Place

I loved living at Lakeside Place. The location is amazing - quiet and beautiful neighborhood, quick access to First Street Rapids Park for scenic walks and bike rides. The apartment complex has good amenities - gym, car and bike port, inside bike storage, common areas and outdoor spaces are beautiful and well kept. Property manager Ksenia is amazing, very helpful and responsive. I had no issues with appliances - units are newly renovated. Having a fireplace is an added bonus - very cozy.

I have been living here since the complex opened Fall 2023 - it's been fantastic! The property manager is so easy to connect with and the bill process makes it a breeze end of the month(you don't need to set up your own utilities, the complex covers them first and then you pay with rent). Location is great for town access either by car, free parking pass here, or foot/bike and I have not had any issues with crime unlike my last apartment. Honestly not sure I can make a complaint.

Unfortunately a few of my good neighbors there are under lease and the facilities have deteriorated worse. 😢
