i would never live here again. if something breaks or if you ever need to contact the leasing office, you're screwed. and things break a lot. when we moved in it was clear the clean up from the last tenant was rushed. hair was painted into the walls. our carpets had candy and stickers stuck in them. the vinyl in the kitchen was ripped. half the cabinets and drawers didn't work, neither did the blinds. none of the windows opened. there was a bullet hole in the ceiling above my front door and they never fixed it. we lived on the third floor and the water pressure was horrendous. the AC barely worked only for our ac bill to be $500 in the summer from regular use. when our ac broke, which was often, the matinence men took forever to come out and depending on who you got, they would take one lo

I try not to complain but this place is hell on earth! Within less than 24 hours of signing the lease I had issues and was told I had to pay $1000 to transfer apartments. I had to beg to get carpet clean/replaced even though they stated they sanitize each apartment before moving in. They were short staff so I thought give them a break to only learn all the previous reviews were blocked to see that it was ALL TRUE! This is a roach motel and there's no acccountablity with vendor/Pest control nor the tenants that allow their pets to poop everywhere and not pick it up. Smoking in the common areas and staff lying, despite identifying the persons no notices were given like stated because there are SEVERAL VACANT APARTMENTS, so they cant afford to loose anyone. About 10 months ago I said this place was amazing but I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, the management is good and the maintenance is decent but, after living for 10 months I have to say that living there has been pretty awful. We live on the bottom floor and our neighbors are super loud and we're always smelling w££d. The Construction company has made a huge mess in the parking lots. It's been many months and they still haven't finished. But, the apartment is pretty nice and was remodeled back in 2017.

I signed my lease back in may with a move in date of July 21. I had been calling and stopping by several times to view a 3 bd room to know what space I was working with before moving in. There was never a unit available to view. I called several times was not able to get in contact with anyone over the phone. I was at least expecting a phone call by middle of July and some type of updates on the apartment . Once I finally got through and spoke with someone I was told they would allow me to view at least 48 hrs before. Still did not receive a call. I had to call the day before to see what I needed to do then it was said I can come view the apartment the day before I got my keys. To the naked eye the apartment looked ok outside some minor fixes. I'd like to know if the apartments come furnished. Many people from Orlando work here and they want furnished apartments since they'll only be here for about four months, or is the minimum stay six months?
